Gathered around the large circular table your group will be able to enjoy the panoramic view of the estate grounds and rugged snow capped mountains. This is the perfect setting to enjoy an elegant meal filled with lively conversation of the day’s incredible activities!

A Sierra Ranch favorite, dining al fresco! Covered Porch

A perfect setting for an intimate fine dining affair our incredible covered porch comfortably seats 2 or 20. With a variety of seating this setting can be used for casual dining or arranged for a more formal affair. Complete with scenic view of the estate grounds and lake this setting ensures that any event becomes an affair to remember.

Screened Porch

Enjoy the wondrous scents of the great outdoors while dining on your gourmet meal in this incredible screened porch. Overlooking the estate grounds and lake this location provides a great escape for those who wish to enjoy open air dining without being part of the great outdoors. With accommodations for up to 14 this unique dining area is intimate and inviting.

Country Store (inside or out)

In the spirit of the old west and Sierra Ranch Retreat the country store stands as a reminder of times since past. Built in the late 1800’s this country store was once a pony express stop and general store for those living in the valley. Passengers on the stage coaches would stop and take their lunch breaks here; sitting on the same front porch that still serves patrons today. Available for lunch or dinner you’ll be able to experience this amazing history that surrounds the Sierra Ranch Retreat.

Kitchen

Stepping into this gourmet kitchen is like taking a step back in time with out the loss of modern convenience. The ceiling is adorned with 100 year old hand hewn beams, antiques decorate the tops of these unique rustic custom- built cabinets looking as though they have weathered the years. The large wood burning rock fireplace surrounded by picture windows looking out on the lake creates an atmosphere reminiscent of grandma’s kitchen.

This rustic work of art includes 2 commercial refrigerators, 2 commercial freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, bread warming oven, 3 Viking ovens, 9 burner gas cook top and an ice machine making this luxurious kitchen every chef’s dream! Multiple sinks, a large center island with butcher block countertop create the perfect setting for a family inspired meal or a gourmet creation from our chef. The cabinets stocked with the finest pots and pans, an abundance of kitchen utensils fill the drawers and an array of kitchen appliances make meal preparation a breeze.
